Hi Robert,
I only had 3 reviews on Google before this and one of them was a 4 star from a customer who rated me before he even came in so I had a 4.5 rating - I would have liked to remove that one! This rating brings me to a 4.8. I never thought much about Google ratings until this. Most of my ratings, thank you's or positive comments are on FB. I feel fortunate, this character has given more 1 star reviews than anything LOL
Here was my response via James Burkes idea: "Client asked for a bazillion different options. Apparently, he was actually looking for a Brazilian. Thanks for the rating, it was our pleasure to explain our services to you 
I'm always up for a good laugh and think it's best to "join them" if you can't beat them. Maybe it's not a good idea?

Thanks Robert, I will make note of this process for the future. For now I'll keep these two reviews. I didn't realize it was an algorithm but that makes sense!
