No, Martz Group does not offer snacks or drinks on board. Make sure to purchase snacks ahead of time! Alcohol is prohibited.
Can I bring my pet on Martz Groups?
ADA service animals, trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of the individual with a disability, will be permitted to travel. The service animal must be under the control of the owner at all times and must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others. Service animals must ride within the customer’s space, service animals may not travel in an aisle or occupy a seat. Martz Bus reserves the right to refuse passage to any animal that poses a threat to the health and safety of other customers or personnel.
While Emotional Support Animals or Comfort Animals are often used as part of a medical treatment plan as therapy animals, they are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore will not be permitted to travel.

Does Martz Groups have power outlets?
Located throughout Martz Group buses are standard 110-volt plug-ins. To make the trip more enjoyable, plug in your laptops, iPads, and enjoy the ride!
Does Martz Groups have Wifi?
Martz buses are equipped with Wi-Fi but we advise that you download large files and movies ahead of time. The Wi-Fi service is free of charge so enjoy!
How does Martz boarding process work?
Customers must present a QR code on an electronic device or a printed ticket (printed single-sided). Customers purchasing from a Martz Agent will receive a paper ticket to present to the driver during boarding. Adult Travelers 16 and older must a valid photo ID. Martz Bus Team Members may require proof of ID at any time during travel. Customers must be ready to board 20 minutes prior to the reservation boarding.
How much luggage can I bring on Martz Groups?
Passengers shall be responsible for their own personal property and baggage. Martz Bus assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage, baggage, excess baggage, and/or personnel property. This applies to items stored BOTH in the luggage bays and/or inside the passenger cabin. We strongly recommend labeling items with your name and contact number. It is the passenger’s responsibility to claim luggage during transfers and final destination. We recommend using a sturdy container for your items and reserve the right to refuse any items not properly prepared for travel within the luggage bay areas. Please keep items of value with you at all times, including electronics and prescription medications.
Oversized (exteriors dimensions over 62 inches adding length + width + height) and overweight bags (over 50 lbs.) must be sent via Package Express (a shipping charge will apply). The maximum weight of all luggage to be transported shall be no more than 50lbs (22 kilos) per bag. Each passenger is permitted one piece of luggage at no cost. An excess baggage fee of $20 will apply for the 2nd bag and 3rd bag. If a passenger has more than 3 bags, they will be required to use Package Express, and fees will be based on weight. Martz Bus offers a courtesy Lost and Found service to assist in recovering lost items. To register a lost item, please call 570-821-3866.
