TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Stuttgart as ERP Product Owner /Business Analyst to shape the future of work!

Tasks:

  • Creating and executing the vision for the ERP Systems and their features
  • Creating a product roadmap based on the vision
  • Identifying, prioritizing features and stories in the respective backlog
  • Creation and improvement of features in the ERP Context
  • Interface between stakeholders and the ERP team for the concept creation and development of new and enhanced features
  • Hands-on responsibility and accountability for managing your features on the platform
  • Collecting and managing demands from all stakeholders
  • Work with your team and all relevant stakeholders to execute your product vision from conception to launch
  • Feature and Run Topic (INC+RITM) prioritization by identifying the business value and effort
  • Creating and managing a vision for feature development beyond the feature sprint
  • Measuring the success of implemented features through the feature sprint through established KPIs and ROI
  • Continually analyzing and identifying enhancements or new feature together with stakeholders and feature analyst
  • Create feature and user stories together with the product management team, stakeholders, and the scrum team
  • Creation and Review of Deigns for new features or the modification of a existing feature
  • Lead the Preparation and Execution of iterations (Sprints & Featuresprints)

Profile:

  • Deep understanding Retail business model and processes
  • At least 3 Office Days per week in avg.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Consultant and working in an agile product development environment preferably with scaled agile frameworks or fundamental experience in the ERP context.
  • Familiarity with agile product management tools e.g., Jira and confluence or Service NOW
  • Highly organised, structured way of working and team player with hands-on mentality
  • Analytical mindset
  • very good English skills and fluent German Skills
